Our Story

We Opened Because This Town Deserved Better Than a Drive-Through.

Three years ago, Priya Nair opened The Copper Kettle in downtown Middletown with a simple belief: your neighborhood deserves more than a chain and a parking lot. Everything here is made in-house — every pastry, bread, sauce, and granola blend.

We don't use shortcuts because we don't need to. When you care about what you're making, it shows.
